Indian Railways On-Line Examination.
For the first time Indian Railway
Recruitment Board (RRB) is organizing on-line examination for the recruitment of
Senior Section Engineers and Junior Engineers from 26th August to 4th
September, 2015.The total number of vacancies for Senior Section Engineers and
Junior Engineers are 3273.As per the information provided by Indian Railway
Recruitment Board, around 18 lakh candidates have applied for On-line (Computer
Based) examination. This examination is being conducted in 242 cities all over
India including far off locations in North East and J&K.
Syllabus/Pattern of RRB Exam 2015
- The syllabus for the written examination will be generally in conformity with the educational standards and/or technical qualifications prescribed for the posts.
- The Questions will be of objective type with multiple answers and likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and reasoning and Language General Hindi/General English.
- The question paper will be in English, Hindi, Urdu and local languages and the duration of the examination will be 90 minutes with approximately 100 to 120 questions.
